“I have been a member of VyStar for many years. I need to give a shout out to two people at the Lake City location. Melissa is extremely collegial, pleasant and greets many members by name. She always has a smile on her face. Kayla makes you feel special. She has a way of making your day brighter. Highest praise to these unique ladies.”

“I had an amazing experience with VyStar. Haleigh Mickler, their fraud investigate, spotted a potential fraud, called me, followed thru on it and saved us from loosing over $200,000. She was responsive, got it solved in less than a day...thank you so much!!! Actually I never heard of VyStar until this incident as we were not a VyStar customer, because of Haliegh, we are opening an account with them.”

“My husband has been with VyStar for over 20 years. I made the switch about 15 years back when we started dating. I now do all of my banking with VyStar including my business banking. I recently had a couple of hardships within my business and was needing financial assistance. VyStar quickly responded to my needs and I was able to get back on track in two days. We will continuing to do all of our banking including our mortgage soon. If you’re looking for a new bank; I would highly recommend VyStar Credit Union. They treat you like a family member. They are always professional and always provide excellent customer service and support. I only have wonderful experiences with VyStar and would never bank any where else.”

“Vistar credit union called me about fraud on my account. They stated they could not send me a new card because my address did not match. My husband had put in a change of address for us , but it only did it for him. We stopped in it our local branch in neptune beach today and rebecca had everything's solved within minutes.”

“Was so happy to go into the Starke branch and see that Kim Edmond was back!! She was so helpful with my questions and very knowledgeable about opening my Roth IRA. I always recommend VyStar credit union and especially Kim Edmond at the Starke location.”
