“The Suet pudding Steak and Kidney pie has a wonderful filling. Why cant I buy it ( or the filling) the rest of the year? Not sure on the cooking in the oven suggestion -I tried steaming for 30 mins and it did seem similar but not as suety as I remember from year ago. BUT STILL A WONDERFUL Pudding.”

“I bought the fish and chips meal deal to have with a dear friend . The food was delicious the batter was crisp, the loin of haddock was substantial and delicious . Triple cooked chips were amazing . I’ve never been moved to write a food review ever both both of us agreed best fish and chips we can remember . For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding that was also excellent .Well done Waitrose”

“The customer service, Kath at your Uttoxter store, served me up, took me back, to "Back In The Day" Kath was polite, very helpful, when I couldn't pronounce Courvoisier, knew instantly what I was trying to say, and off she popped to get it, there was no, "Time means Time, as I was a little early, also there was no trouble, when I also had a return, if you don't mind me saying, Kath is a very good example how "First Facing Staff" delivers "Customer Service" upon entering your Uttoxter Store, based on Kath special qualities, in Customer Service, I will be visiting your Uttoxter store in future.”

“I recently had a delivery from Waitrose. Young Jack helped enormously. Personable. Unique. He was just slightly late, however i was kept informed by telephone. No problems whatsoever. I collected a John Lewis parcel from Waitrose, Aylesbury. I remarked to the very professional lady on reception that i must not look at flowers. She gave me some beautiful daffodils. Such a kind gesture. It restored my lost faith in the company. I've been shopping with them for at least 25 years. And shall continue.”

“Waitrose in North Finchley. Went there this morning to get few things. Anyway I had a chat with lovely girl. They all are lovely. Told her about my birthday on Thursday. And wait. I was just leaving the store. She came with beautiful flowers as a present from Waitrose. I was so shocked nicly. I can explain how touched I have been I love Waitrose but didn't know that they love me as well. Thank you ❤️♥️♥️”

“My son has been going to waitrose recently and quite often they have been giving him free things even after my son had insisted to pay even offering him a drink with his sandwich and snacks being quite talkative,nice and tolerant. Definitely amazing quality food a place you have to go.”

“Waitrose deserves 10*s! Last week I had a family get-together of 15 and I had ordered food from Waitrose. When my order didn't arrive I found I'd left it in the basket - disaster! The manager immediately got into action, asked me to email a list of food in the basket and put my order together like for like. She was a complete star. The meal was saved. Thank you Waitrose - that's fantastic customer service.”

“Second to none on quality and customer service. Stock a wide range to suit all budgets. Sure, you can spend a fortune on the most expensive, luxury products (if you have the means and the inclination to do so), but you can also get excellent value for money from the economy 'Essentials' range, without skimping on quality. The staff or 'partners' both in store, online and out making deliveries are polite, professional and friendly. In the rare event that a problem should arise, it is always dealt with quickly and effectively.”

“If you eat tortillas you will love these Manomasa manchego & green olive. Sweet taste of red peppers and green olives combined with the tangy taste of manchego cheese. A delicious Spanish tapas experience not to be missed throughly recommend.”
