“I was really happy with the whole process of purchasing my herbs. International delivery went well. It took a little longer then expected but once it arrived I was so happy with the quality of the product & the care that had been taken to get this product to me so overall v happy! “waking herbs filled and shipped one order with tracking number of shipment just fine. product is as described. A second item paid for and ordered the same day has not been received. No tracking number provided. No product to review.”

“Waking herbs is an excellent business they have very good customer support. On the first try with extraction I got nothing but with my understanding they import the herbs so for the first extract I am saying the quality is poor.”

“I have ordered in the past twice and paid for express delivery receiving my order in under the month, however, I ordered products on March, 20th and it's been nearly two months and I have not received them. Once I receive my products if I ever do. I don't think I'll be ordering from waking herbs again. I'm only moving in a month and will have a change of address making time of the essence.”
