“I have ordered in the past twice and paid for express delivery receiving my order in under the month, however, I ordered products on March, 20th and it's been nearly two months and I have not received them. Once I receive my products if I ever do. I don't think I'll be ordering from waking herbs again. I'm only moving in a month and will have a change of address making time of the essence.”

“I had a delayed shipment and it went past 6 weeks and was concerned that I might have to pay more to get what I had payed for. Rene was informative and offered possible ways to handle it but a week later the shipment arrived. I feel confident that the staff cares about the customers and good service.”
