“I've emailed twice and gotten no response. My package has been held in customs for over a month and I'm guessing I'll never receive it or my money back. Never should have trusted you idiots.”

hi, we are in contact already and offered you a solution after your second email. Indeed in rare cases customs can delay an order because of a random check. This causes an unwanted delay but in the end the parcels will be released based on our experience. All the best, Philip

“My first order arrived very quickly- within 2 weeks, all the way from the Netherlands! Inside the well packaged box were the items I ordered along with a note & token of appreciation for my order. Items were as advertised & I am excited to brew a cup of tea! The experience of getting things grown & gathered by people in one far away land & forwarded to me by awake, kind folks even farther away & sent with a personal touch felt good on an emotional level & gives me confidence in the quality of the products I ordered & I would definatly order again & recommend them to friends!”
