“EDIT: They contacted me, reshipped it to me, and even included some complimentary tea leaves! Dependable source. Hit me up at my discord WizardRyan#7294 if you want to talk to someone real that actually got it. Never got the product I ordered, sent an email using their "contact us" on their website a few weeks ago inquiring about the failure to deliver and even provided my order number and date of purchase, never got a response.”

“Sadly, has been over a month and a half and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking shows it as still in transit, and I have done what I can on my end to further track it, however, I have been offered no definite options for resolution, refund or replacement. After my initial email inquiry to the company, and their initial response, communication from them has dropped. I appreciate the good they are doing, and know that this will eventually be resolved, but communication is currently lacking.”
