“Great products, great service! I'm extremely satisfied every time I order from you, and I can't thank you enough for providing this service! For many, it is a path to exploration and novel discovery. For me, it is a life-saving remedy to a great and terrible pain. If you know anybody who suffers from Cluster Headaches with no hope of relief, I BEG YOU to tell them about the Bark! The magic within may firmly dissuade them from a long-contemplated death wish, no joke. NOT medical advice, just a personal anecdote... My point is: the Bark is an essential part of my life, and Waking Herbs consistently delivers high quality products in a surprisingly fast time. “Honestly they have an amazing team. I was having some shipping problems and it only took one quick email to resolve the problem. Three days later, I finally received my order. “I haven’t ordered much, or done much but the customer service response time is A+ The website navigation, organization, etc is a C+ though. I’ve ordered a great deal of bark from almost every supplier but Waking Herb. Mostly because a VPN was making the checkout process impossible. If I hadn’t reached out via email how would I have known this? How many others don’t know this? Currently I’m seeking Harmalas, but finding the way they are organized a bit confusing and frustrating. That’s my feedback :)”
