Dear Norman, I'm sorry to read your negative feedback. We are in contact through mail. Your order was sent out on july 22nd and shipping to the US takes 2-4 weeks, often faster, sometimes slower. “Well worth the wait! The quality of product is unquestionable, as well as everything being harvested as ethically as possible. In the past I have had issues with bad product, and products not arriving. I am very happy with my purchase and will very likely order from Waking Herbs again.”

“So thankful to have found Waking Herbs! Their selection is phenomenal and the products I've ordered have been very high quality. I particularly recommend the Sananga eyedrops! If you can afford it, the registered shipping is worth it, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order came when I used standard (free) shipping as well.”
