Product has always arrived . Unfortunately at times quality was less than par. These things happen and the work with me for the most part if I happen to have issues

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate that. If something does not go as expected, we always try to find a solution. We work with natural products and the quality can sometimes differ. It is always good to contact us immediately if a product does not meet expectations.

This is a wonderful company that provides a true blessing of a service to the world. That said, I recently had an unfortunate experience with them. I had ordered a medicine and was awaiting the invoice to pay. Apparently, between the time I placed the order and paid the invoice (which didn’t come for a day or two), my order was sold to someone else. Please make it clear that such a thing could happen. You order confirmation email states clearly that “the order is ON HOLD” until payment is received. This was a disappointing experience with Waking Herbs. Despite this, i will continue to be a loyal customer, as the company has soul. Cheers

I bought a kambo stick from waking herbs a couple months ago. The medicine on each side was quite different. On one side it seemed very flaky and didn’t dissolve much at all, and it was difficult to work with. I don’t know if it is old or if there was some mould on the stick or what the issue was. I appreciate the opportunity to give this feedback. I’m definitely considering buying medicine from other sources at this point. Thank you. I bought a kambo stick approximately one year ago from you also. That medicine was good and Was happy with it

I've been a long time customer and was always satisfied untill the last time I ordered and was mislead to believing they were stocked and I had to wait over a month for my order Cuz they didnt have it in stock.untill recently I have found a new source.

I've ordered from Waking Herbs multiple times. The first order arrived in good time and was good quality. The second order took between 3 and 4 months to arrive, and the herbs were in good condition and good quality. My third order went to the wrong address, I intuitively believe the post office stole the package or mailed it to the wrong place on purpose. This fourth order to replace the third order I am still waiting for. The customer service is good, thank you for offering to replace the third order. I wish it would arrive!

I have ordered several products from the "Shipped from USA" section. Those showed up on time.. quality products... The last order was not from the USA selection, and it did not arrive. All my orders are rated as follows: Banisteriopsis Caapi 5 STARS Psychotria Viridis 5 STARS Golden Boa Rapé 5 STARS Wooden Kuripe 5 STARS Synaptolepis Kirkii 0 STARS, NEVER received Silene Undulata 0 STARS, NEVER received. I have started to order rapé from a different store because of this issue. I may be back when the USA selection is updated

waking herbs filled and shipped one order with tracking number of shipment just fine. product is as described. A second item paid for and ordered the same day has not been received. No tracking number provided. No product to review.

,I've placed several orders over the years and the products seem to be less card for than in previous times. The most recent orders took an extraordinarily long time to arrive and the process seemed more taxing than usual.

Hi Guys & Gals I am grateful for your fight to get the plants to the people that desire a higher understanding of our place and purpose on this planet. Your product is always on time and excellent of quality. But I am sorry to say that your last mhrb was not as good as it has been, of the desired alkoloid, I say a rough guess would be around or less than .5% , where as its been always over 1% in the past, I am assuming thats why you had a 20% of sale on that product only, recently. I hope for better in the future , since it is a premimun price tag. But your service and shipping are all the best.

The product quality is good, I think you can make the recipient of the essential oil to drop directly from it without using separated plastic droppers. The problem I had with using the discount voucher and passing another invoice when I had paid already, without having that option right away in the payment and in the end not having the discount which was advertised didn't content me much. Besides that all good.

Paid a ridiculous amount of money for tracking on my package, then had to ask for a tracking number because i never got the email. And it was only tracked untill it got to USA. Then they stoped tracking it. Dont pay for tracking on your package. Other than that i love wakingherbs.👍

Hi Alan, Thanks for your review and feedback. I am sorry that something went wrong with the tracking because normally you should have received a new tracking number for the part in the US. That is certainly not the way it normally should be. It is always wise to opt for tracking so that you can track the package even though it did not go well with this order. Apologies for this.
