“Thank you so much for making these medicines available! One small mishap with shipping around a year ago but other than that, excellent service/product. Copied from my email to the support team: "Hi, actually I did have an issue. I didn't want to seem like I was trying to get some free merchandise so I chose not to reach out, and it was also my fault initially. I had put in the wrong address (my buddy's who had long since moved out), and was able to get in touch with your support team right before you guys had shipped the item and requested for the address to be corrected to my home address. I had gotten a response stating that the address had been successfully updated but unfortunately something went wrong and the package still went to my buddy's old address. I should have made an effort to intercept the package before it had arrived at the false address but due this phone feature of saving a name with the address details, the package itself was not even addressed to me. I thought maybe I could get the new residence to work with me and give me it but I was unable to get in touch with anyone there and the landlord would not help me as it is there right to privacy. I just took the loss and tbh it was originally my fault for applying the wrong address but I was wondering why the address hadn't updated even though I was Informed that it had been? Ultimately, i don't expect anything from it and it was coming up on a year ago now, but it was quite a hefty loss at $200 (1 KILO MIMOSA HOSTILIS ROOT BARK POWDER), just figured I best mention it. Thank you guys so much for making these medicines available, you people have done so much for my mental health and substance abuse battles. I will be a lifetime customer regardless of this mishap!!! ❤️ ❤️ "”

“Loved Horcha tea, amazing flavor. Ordered way too much blue lotus tea, did not realize that 75 gram is actually a huge bag, would be nice to have pictures for reference. Bobinsana drops are nice when I add it to water, but flavor is too strong for me if I take it directly, I think I need to try another type of drops. Shipping and payment are fast and easy. Will order again.”

“Fast discreet service. The herbs are average to good. Very little inner interaction. Subjective view of course. A simple usage short guide to the products would be appreciated. The web design is quite cumbersome. Overall I shall be giving it another try in the future. Overall acting more than slightly thumbs up. Have a nice day and pray.”

“Generaly Good products but at higher prices (more than 200%) compared to my local markets (AU and NZ). The shipping costs add a detractive element to the deals. The growing global market will be a big challenge to this company in product's quality and prices.”

“I was very happy with the product although it took a while to arrive - yet it was delivered to the USA so I kind of expected a longer delivery time, otherwise product and packaging was very good..Will order again from Waking Herbs!”

“Requesting then waiting for invoice adds a day or three to the shipping times, but they offer other ways to pay or rush delivery options. I received what I ordered a week or so later. Quality was good. I would order again and also recommend to others”
