“I'm pretty obsessed with walker and hall currently and i've recently done a lot of shopping here both in store and online and i have been quite satisfied with my purchases. Sometimes sizing can be tricky but but the walker and hall team are on hand to help. The package i ordered online also came within two days which was good! One thing that i will add though is that in june i purchased a $30 gift card in store and i've only just realised now that i did not earn points for it. I've purchased a few rings here and after adding their prices up, i realised that it adds to my current total points which excludes the voucher which i am annoyed about.”

“I love that they always keep my receipts on file and try their best to help with finding kissing ones. They also are really helpfull in store, though I hate when they try to upsell or lie to make a sale. The reason for four stars. The one time i went to auckland domestic terminal store, the girl lied to me saying there wasn’t another store in international. That gave me the shits. I was so upset i wrote a revoew on their google, with my details. They couldn’t of cared less. The online team is great, always keen to hep with repairs etc.”

“Used the duty free option as I was leaving to go overseas- fantastic option - it was very easy. Because I didn't see my purchase until I picked it up at the airport- I was disappointed that the earrings were so small! Would pay to see the jewellery first hand.”

“Really happy with the speed of delivery and the hand written card. Super easy option to send a birthday gift to a loved one in NZ from the other side of the world. Only downside was that an Exchange Card was not included as requested. Would 100% order again!”
