“Easy to navigate the website and place an order. I live rurally and my order arrived in 2 working days, brilliant! The jewellery is beautifully made, I'm so pleased with my order. I ordered 2 gifts with my earrings and they arrived beautifully wrapped with a birthday card to accompany one of the gifts. There was a lovely handwritten note in my package too. Can't recommend Walker and Hall more highly!”

“The products are really lovely, and the Bayfair team are great. However, the website could do with a decent upgrade. I find items in my wishlist disappear. Also, the chat system doesn't have a way to end the chat, once the conversation is to continue by email.”
