“Happy with the purchase. The only issue is that I asked for a gift exchange card in case my friend doesn’t like them but the exchange card had an expiry date which was a few days before I even received the parcel from the post.”

Hi Athena, Thanks for your review. We have extended our exchange period to over 60 days from the date we are able to re-open, so don't worry about the expiry date. I imagine you would have misread the date it was sold at as the date of expiry :)

“NZ post is an awful courier, I'd recommend changing. Chain link broke after a week on necklace so are couriering it back for repair. Apart from that all good.”

“My favourite jewellery shop! Very fast and easy process during online orders especially with the shipping and tracking. I’m very satisfied with my items, especially with the gift packaging and how neat it is packed. Their customer service is great! I highly recommend buying earrings from here as they have a range full of different varieties of brands!”

“After a phone call yesterday we were told the bracelet we ordered on the 28th of last month we would receive today being sent on an over night courier.
