“The item I purchased was actually a birthday gift for my flatmate. I came down with Covid unfortunately just before I was coming to collect the item, and your team were incredibly helpful, understanding and incredibly accommodating. “Hello Everyone at Walker & Hall, a special thank you to the lovely staff at you Bayfair store. They were so helpful over the phone, as I was enquiring about a pair of pink crystal earrings with rose gold. The lady on the phone offered to order them in for me as the store was currently out of them. But did say I could try online, which it. The earrings arrived a couple of days later to my front door. I was over the moon when I opened the bag to find a blue Walker & Hall bag. I’m so very happy with my purchase, also happy Afterpay was an option. Please thank the Bayfair store, you have a great team there. I’ve had awesome comments about my earrings & I was only to pleased to say where I bought them. Thank You So Much. Bruce”
