“Communication around delivery could have been way better. It was a stuff up. Courier returned item to you as i wasn't home yet they didn't call me. When i followed up no delivery was told it had been returned by courier yet no contact from walker & hall. Next time around i asked for a delivery time only to be told they were on there way. Not great customer service.”

“Walker and Hall offers a great range of jewellery - diverse in brand, price and style. Their online store is easy to navigate and I always feel confident that I will receive an item that looks the same in person as it does online. They also offer fast postage NZ wide which makes it easier when you can’t get to a Walker and Hall store.”

“Item on website was different to that which was posted. They only have one bar not two, and do not look the same quality. There were two styles and I specifically chose the one I saw on website. A bit disappointed once I received these with no communication that they were different to what was described.”

I have reviewed your order of product code 024-01238 and there is only one image I can see which has just one bar hanging from each sleeper earring. I haven't been able to find the pair that you would prefer but if you can please let me know the product code or more details we would be happy to arrange an exchange or find a solution for this :)
