“So glad I purchased from Walker and Hall! It is my stepmum’s first birthday with my baby son, and I wanted to purchase a gift which was a special momento from him. My item was not only on special, but it was eligible for free engraving. My engraving was too long and a team member was quick to email to let me know it of course wouldn’t fit on my pendant. We found a solution and my order was shipped out within a couple of hours. Much to my surprise I received my order the next morning! And what a delight it was. I had received a complementary hand written birthday card for the gifts recipient and my gift was beautifully gift wrapped. As a bonus, my order arrived with a beautiful Walker and Hall bag to pop my gift in. Needless to say I was definitely be buying all my thoughtful gifts from here in the future.”

“Hi team, I live in Christchurch so there is no retail store here and I don't shop for jewelry on-line unless I have seen the actual piece in real life and know what it really looks like and how it looks on me. I purchased a voucher for my daughter, who lives in Wellington, for birthday, and gave you her name as the recipient of the gift voucher. I didn't see an option for signing her up to your club. I would like her to be the member, not me.”

“This Christmas we are doing Secret Santa, everyone drew who they were shopping for. I don't just shop for one person, I started my Christmas shopping last year. I have 26-year-old twin daughters, and had originally decided to purchase them loop earrings, as luck would have it they both have 2 holes on each ear, after purchasing the first two, I found out about the holes a say later so I purchased another two. When I received the first package I accidentally cut the strap handle because it was attached to the outer packaging, but it's still useable. To have the option for gift wrapping is fantastic, I love the products and my daughters will love them also. I may give it to them on their birthday in June, otherwise, they would have to wait till Christmas. Thank you, Walker and Hall. Loyal Shopper”

“Website purchase and instore pick up for a special gift was seemless. The store rang to ask if we would like the item gift wrapped and with a card. We arrived in store when advised it was ready to collect and were greeted with a friendly team member who knew exactly what we have purchased and had it immediately available. Can't fault the service all round.”
