“I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the quality of the item and how quickly they got it to me, saving me some blushes. As I left getting a keep sake until the last moment. Before they dispatched, I missed a couple of emails asking if I wanted the engraving tweaked (which I missed), but again I am so grateful they took the initiative. Very happy, I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.”
