“Alot of th staff i have been dealt with are always real helpful in tracking down stock for me when its not available, shows thats there genuinely interested in looking after customers and not a sale. As good customer service result in good sales”

“I have always really enjoyed shopping at the Silverdale store, I even brought my friend in when she arrived from the Uk. She purchased three pairs of diamond earrings from you. I have always received good customer service. One day I came in and was told by a member of staff that I 'come in too often'. After that I stopped going in. Very disappointed. Such a shame as I love the store and I love Pandora. I have been going elsewhere since then.”
