“Excellent service! I appreciated the 'live chat' facility to correct my error in the initials for engraving the cuff links. The very helpful lady assured me the correct initials, FGD, would be engraved :) The cufflinks are for a gift to a fourth-generation member of our family. The family has enjoyed using Walker & Hall cutlery and other dining table accessories for over 100 years. I appreciate W & H are still here!”

“Not happy with overall experience. Ordered a necklace with engraving that was sent to an ex lover. The engraving ended up having spelling mistakes, not one but many resulting in the gift being thrown away by that individual altogether. The end result being I wasted money time and effort on this order. eeeeeeeeeeeeeee”
