“Received the day before Mother's day but given the covid situation with couriers that was ok. Ordered 2weeks in advance. Quality as expected mum is very happy with them.”

“I thought it was great service. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was that I thought I was getting the bigger pendant but got the smaller on. But I am happy with it still, was just expecting the bigger one 😄”

“The online buying experience was good, and I received a postage tracking number about a day after purchase so I knew NZ Post Courier had picked up my purchase. Unfortunately 7 days later I still haven't received the goods but that is NZ Post fault, not W&H. To be honest though I don't trust NZ Post so if I'd known they were the courier I might have opted for drive thru collection!”

Currently the point balances are saved in our store based system so you can reach out to us any time and we can let you know your current balance, it will also show on your most recent receipt if you have that. We are currently working on a development to get this information transferred to our website and allow our Diamond Club members to access their balance and more through their online account login. We can't wait to complete this and share it with you!

“Despite ordering at the start of lockdown and not getting the order for 3-4 weeks. They used over night shipping and I got it sent the next day after receiving my receipt and I was really happy with. Would buy again for here”

“The necklace is a gift so hasnt been opened yet. However I was very disappointed that a $190 gift was left in my mailbox when I specifically asked for it to be dropped at my doorstep and the package did say that it should be left there”
