“I’m not sure where the mix up occurred but the package was not delivered to the address written on the delivery form. I received a call saying the package would would be delivered to the correct address within 3 day but it has been 5 days and no arrival yet.”

“Its the second week of level 3 and still haven’t got my parcel. I have been notified that it’s taking longer than normal but iv still been getting my parcels from other companies that I ordered a few days ago so I am getting a little annoyed. Hopefully arrives soon!”
