“I was happy with my purchase however the ring was too small. Went to exchange it but found the lady so uninterested in helping me and was told I had to exchange it there and couldn't get a credit. Will go to another branch”

“Quick delivery and beautifully presented.this was the first time I bought jewellery online. I was a bit disillusioned about the size of the chain link as I wanted something more substantial... i actually went instore to Queen street yesterday and upgraded to a $250 chain to fit my needs. The gents instore did a brilliant job of undoing the work that was done by someone else and put my pendant on the new chain... fuss free and with a smile. I love your Queen street store.”

“Hi there, the service I received from Sandre was incredible. Am very grateful. The rings we ordered have arrived. The ring for my husband is exactly as it appears in the photo and I'm enormously happy with it. The ring for myself is alot smaller than I thought so the detail is differcult to see. I am overall very happy with my purchase. Thank you”
