“The sales assistant was knowledgeable about diamond grades and listened to what I was looking for. She made suggestions and since I was ordering online from Dunedin, sent pictures of her modelling the different styles to help me make the right decision. She ended up helping me order a diamond of the size and grade I wanted and setting it in the desired ring style. She even helped me get a discount from her manager! Even after the purchase, Daisy has continued to be helpful regarding ring care and sizing. Definitely recommend Walker&Hall with no reservations.”

“I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of earrings from Walker and Hall. I bought online after some questions were answered quickly by online chat. It was sent from Auckland to Wellington, and arrived two days after purchase. The item was as described. The packaging was excellent and included the valuation document. I was very pleased with the handwritten thank you note from Walker and Hall staff - this made it very personal.”
