“2 visits in-store at different stores, and I felt very pressured to buy something. In one store, the sales assistant pressured me to buy something in-store rather than go to the offsite to get the product I actually wanted. Made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed, and I also wasted time for when he finally agreed to go to the offsite to get the product I wanted!”

“I made a tax free order and this was all organised in a very timely manner by the team with regards to shipping the product to the airport, etc. unfortunately due to some financial situations I had to cancel the order which was quite inconvenient, especially considering the type of order i had initially requested so I'm very thankful to the team who helped me out with this process without any issues.”
