“I ordered both the Karen Walker Runaway Girl Sleepers and the Karen Walker Runaway Girl Butterflies on line and they were both in stock. I ordered them at 8am and received an email that they were in their way by 10am! Within 48 hours I had received them, rural delivery too! I asked for complimentary wrapping which was done beautifully as they are gifts. Excellent service and will definitely order online again. Many thanks :)”

“The box I received looks cheap, the colour is nothing like it looked in the picture. There's a mark on the that won't come off. I brought 4 jewellery boxes to see which would be best for all I have to put in the other 3 were from trade me and cost less but were all well made beautiful colours. I picked which I and gave the others as gifts to my sister and friend. I didn't show them the Walker and Hall one because I did not want them to know how much I paid for so it's been put right away.”

“I recently received amazing service from the online team at Walker and Hall. I enquired about some earrings and they initially said they would look into my query and get back to me. Some other companies are terrible at following up but I got an email from the W & H team less than an hour later with the info I wanted. Then I decided I wanted these earrings in a hurry and they made sure they would get to me in time. Great client care, thanks for the pleasant and straightforward shopping experience.”
