“I ordered via website during lockdown as my daughter had a birthday. The online virtual chat was extremely helpful, efficient friendly and clear. Once I made purchase the order was ready nearly immediately for click and collect which was also set up very well. The entire service which I received was at the highest level and very professional. I was very impressed thank you so much. Also just wanted to say the gift wrapping and card were a lovely touch, just perfect.”

“Amazing service! One of the two items I wanted was out of stock but Daisy advised me to order the item that was in-stock and she would send me a link to order the out of stock item when AKL reverted to Level 2 restrictions. I received the link, ordered the item but both items arrived on the same day, just a few days later. Thank you so much, my daughter now has a complete birthday present :-)”
