I bought 1000 dollars worth of products. They arrived in a few days in rural so great matks for that. They were pretty wrapped so great marks for that. Unfortunately the product that costed 440 dollars had the case torn in several places. I do not have time to argue that as I am heading overseas for a wedding but when I come back I will complain

The product I purchased was exactly what I was wanting for my partner. The let down with it was the packaging as I shopped online. The product arrived in it's box in a acourier bag with no protection, no packing slip, no order card, no note, nothing. Just a box in a bag & for the price I paid I expected better. I get more when I buy small businesses.

The products are really lovely, and the Bayfair team are great. However, the website could do with a decent upgrade. I find items in my wishlist disappear. Also, the chat system doesn't have a way to end the chat, once the conversation is to continue by email.

I like my new earrings but when I ordered them your website said that a signature would be required for it to be delivered. The NZ Post notification also stated that a signature was required. To my horror I saw that it had been delivered to my mailbox on the street.

With the website not stating public holiday hours for delivery and fees which it would include, admin had fixed the problems and sent out a private driver to deliver the order.

Nice cufflinks however the engraving wasn’t at par. Just wished they doubled checked before shipping because the engraving in one of them was crooked, significantly smaller than the other one, and the lines did not meet. Had to resend it and wait again for them to send a new one back to me. But they do ship fast!!

While the service and the delivery was prompt. And the products were correct. I feel it is inappropriate to write the contents of the wrapped packages on the front of the nicely wrapped packages for the receiver to be able to see and know what is inside.

I am really disappointed with my purchase, particularly the clasp, it is particularly small and very difficult to do up and undo!

I ordered two items click and collect with gift wrapping. I apparently was entitled to free earrings too. I collected, and all in my bag was 3 gift wrapped parcels with nothing stating what was what? I have had to unwrap 2 parcels and re-wrap to make sure I give the correct gift to the recipients... total misuse of staff hours and customers..... (when I ran a fragrance counter we used to put a bit of easily removed paper on multiple gift purchases easily removed with what were the contents..)

Hi there,  I was very disappointed, because I thought when I buy something above $50 I would get free wrapping paper. I saw my friend buyp the same one as me, but she got a beautiful wrapping paper with a black ribbon. I only got it in a box and a paper bag  but no wrapping Paper at all And actually I really hoped there is a wrapping paper, because I wanted to give this as a Christmas present for my daughter, really  disappointed.
