“Very poor service, engineer called and virtually said nothing, left and said would contact insurance about repairs required. Heard nothing for almost 2 weeks then was contacted by Walker and told to call insurance company as claim had been refused. When I contacted Walker for information the person I spoke to was very abrupt and reluctant to give even the slightest piece of information. I felt humiliated talking to this person as though the engineer had a very poor opinion of my property( I have no idea why, my home is very clean and well maintained), on ending the call I immediately called my insurance company and cancelled my policy. I have a very poor opinion of this company and will avoid in future.”

“The engineer called us to ask to attend early which was great. He further offered advice that our previous service agent didn't, the that will save us money by allowing a full inspection of our flue. A really professional and andpproahable guy☺”

“We received excellent service from Walker Gas who fixed a leaking water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. We live in a Victorian house and there were difficulties with tracing the plumbing. Kevin and the apprentice Craig solved these difficulties with intelligence and hard work. Walker Gas service was prompt and the bill, for what turned out to be a bigger job than was first thought, was reasonable and fair. A highly recommended family firm.”
