“I had a problem with my pilot light on boiler and Walkers was the company my insurance elected to come repair. Paul phoned with an estimated time of arrival he arrived in a marked van with clean walkers uniform and got to work straight away went into loads of checks on boiler.he got it fixed but put a warning sticker on my boiler, he found issue with way it was installed when no other engineers have , I found him to be very polite and knowledgeable with my boiler even though it's about 25 plus years. He advised me on what I need to do to get boiler to a safe standard as it doesnt get serviced. I'd be happy getting a quote from walkers to upgrade or replace with the information Paul gave me.”

“Paul was very efficiently in carrying out my service today, very thorough making sure my boiler was in good shape. Was more thorough in checking my boiler than other previous company's. Very pleasant young lad. Great service all round highly recommend walker gas!”

“Unhappy with plumber who attended for a water leak coming through ceiling on Wednesday morning he turned boiler off & emptied water leaving my disabled daughter without heating or hot water!!, She had to wait another 2 days before another visit!!! The engineer Paul visit was the completly opposite he telephoned in advance to advise of estimated time of arrival. He identified the sources of leaks in the boiler he then repaired all leaks going even further to make sure leaks was fixed testing with blue roll while I was watching. He then made sure my daughters hot water & heating both working before packing his tools up. He even suggested ways to help drying out water damage in flooring & ceiling to prevent further damage. I moaned at him about the way my daughter was left he apologised on behalf of the engineer & the company which I think is a quality lacking in tradesman these days A very efficient & pleasant young man he's accredit to walker gas and has restored my faith in company from previous engineer. visit”

“Paul was helpfull and efficient at dealing with the initial issue. Secondary issue identified and booked in for additional parts. Apologised for the initial mistakes on behalf of the company any did what he could to resolve the issue.”
