“I was a bit disappointed with not being kept informed on the progress of my boiler and I know whilst you have to order parts sometimes but I was six days without hot water which was dam awful”

“The engineer came smelling heavily of cigarette smoke. Had to air the house after his visit. As nonsmokers this is something I do not like in my house. He did his job fine.”
