“We have worked with Walkers for a number of years, and they have proved themsleves to be a very reliable freight provider that we can count on. The staff at Walkers Leeds office are very quick to respond and keep us informed about any transit delays for individual shipments and with service/weather updates. From rate cards to performance reports, all documentation is sent to us on time/in advance of time. Walkers never let us down with daily collections and can be depended upon to deliver shipments on time and in full. If we ever need support with anything, our Account Manager, Adele Butterworth, is always on hand to help straight away and a solution is found immediately. Special thanks to Adele, Louise Shaw, Joanne, Mandy Dalby and Janine McMaster for looking after us so well over the years :)”

“I had 1000kg of boulders delivered on a pallet. I live on a cul-de-sac and the road isn't very wide. On the morning of the delivery one of my neighbours was having some work done which involved a large vehicle and the road was partially blocked when the driver from Walkers arrived. The driver didn't bat an eyelid and with a smile he just moved the pallet with a jack the entire length of my road and positioned it perfectly just where I requested. I was so impressed! An amazing "can do" attitude, everything with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service.”
