“Social club class is so full, no one can review our speaking. But the materials during the classes were good and useful.
Encounter class depend on the teacher, some teachers were able to convey their question well, some weren't, so sometimes we don't understand if the question expect certain answer or another answer.
Complementary class is good, everyone has their turn to learn and try.
The practice is good and complete, however along the time it's kind of boring.
Overall, it's worth the money!”

“as a person who is never taken an English course before, I can say WSE has reached my expectation. I love the way WSE teaches me through interesting lessons, helpful digital books, and interactive classes. I give 4 out of 5 because I see WSE can do better especially in the number of its classes. I see there is a shortage of classes each month where members are trying to book all classes due to the fear of missing them. Also, I think we lack night classes as we know some of the members are workers expecting after office hours to learn. In addition to that, I think we need to limit the audience of each class so we can have more interactive sessions. Also, I think we need to find a way to encourage people to talk more (not being passive) because the class becomes ineffective to learn if I don't have partners to talk to.”

“- very limited schedule of encounter class
- size of chat & social class group is too large and the range of English skills is too wide: from beginner to advanced, so oftentimes I didn't learn about anything and it was not pleasurable to join
- many topics & materials of social classes are too childish, not too suitable for people in my age
- the material is way too easy for me. WSE should have provided a trial class. Also, I want to upgrade to business class by also cancelling this class but it was not allowed, yet when I ask for a refund, I need to wait for 9 months to prove that the program brings no improvement in my English skill
