Dear Wall Street English Team,
I would like to share my feedback about my learning experience at Wall Street English Language Center. I really appreciate the step-by-step learning system, where we progress level by level. After completing each level, we have an Encounter session to review our understanding, take a test, and receive feedback from our coach. This process helps me clearly see which areas I need to improve. I also like that each level focuses on developing all four English skills — speaking, writing, listening, and reading — which helps me improve my English effectively.
I’ve noticed that when I study regularly and keep up with the lessons, I don’t need to worry about the Encounter. However, when I’m busy and can’t complete lessons on time, it can become stressful. One thing I find challenging is the 24-hour auto-cancellation rule. Sometimes unexpected situations make it difficult to finish a lesson before the deadline. I think it would be very helpful if the system could send an automatic reminder instead — this would reduce stress and help students manage their time better.
Overall, I’m very happy with my learning experience at Wall Street English Language Center and truly appreciate the teachers and staff for their support. Thank you for helping me continue improving my English skills.

“I think the lessons are too easy for me as it is general English. Actually I am weak in speaking and I hope WSE should add more lessons about speaking especially how to speak in English systematically. For my opinion, teachers should give the individual responses about student’s skills after finishing each social and complementary classes. By that ways, students can know which part they should practice more. Moreover, I requested to the coaches for encouraging and supporting the students and point out the weaknesses at least twice a week not only connecting for booking of the WSE classes. I give 3 out of 5 for the rate of WSE. Thanks.”
