“การปิดสาขาเป็นเรื่องใหญ่ เพราะการตัดสินใจเรียนสาขาคือ 1 ในปัจจัย เนื่องจากสาขาสีลมซึ่งเป็นสาขาที่สะดวกถูกปิดหลังจากสมัครเรียนได้ไม่ถึง2เดือน ทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวังกับการจัดการของทาง ws ค่ะ อีกทั้งยังไม่มีใครสามารถให้คำตอบได้เลยว่าจะกลับมาเปิดได้อีกครั้งเมื่อไหร่ หรืออาจจะไม่ได้กลับมาเปิดเลยก็เป็นได้ ทำให้เสียความรู้สึกมากค่ะ เพราะครอสเรียนไม่ใช่ราคาแค่หลักหมื่น เพราะถ้าหากทราบเรื่องนี้แต่ต้นคงไม่ตัดสินใจเรียน เพราะไม่สะดวกในสาขาอื่นเท่าสาขานี้ ซึ่งจริงๆอยากให้ทาง ws ออกมาบอกถึงวิธีการจัดการให้ชัดเจนค่ะว่าจะยังไงต่อกับสาขาสีลม เพราะบางคนก็ต้อง drop ไปเลย ขอบคุณนะคะสำหรับการรับฟังความคิดเห็น และหวังเป็นอย่ายิ่งว่าจะได้รับการจัดการที่ชัดเจนขึ้นในเร็ววันค่ะ I want to know when you can reopen ws silom branch I feel fail for your management and this branch is convenient for many workers but nobody can tell us to more detail whatever I thank you for listening to the comments and I hope to see progress soon.”

“ก่อนที่จะทำการสมัครเรียนก็ได้บอกกับเซลไว้แล้วว่าต้องการเรียนเน้นเรื่องแกรมม่า ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องการพูด เพราะสามารถพูดได้ดีแล้ว พอมาเรียนจริงพบว่าการสอนเน้นการพูดฟังมากกว่าแกรมม่า จึงรู้สึกผิดหวังมากที่ตอนขาย เซลล์เน้นแต่ขายไม่ได้ให้ข้อมูลเรื่องการเรียนเท่าที่ควร เรื่องคลาสที่ไม่ค่อยเยอะมากเช่นกัน”

“WSE is a famous English school in the world.However, since the appointment date for the encounter class has been changed without contacting me, please contact us by email so that the evidence will remain. I entered WSE in April and it has already been a month and a half.If the question is a low-level touters,they can only write the question on a sheet of paper and put it in a box next to the reception where we can do our homework. As a result of asking various questions,I thought that the best touter was Saipan.Beside that ,one man and one woman toot were superior to Saipan.They have the English ability to answer the question the spot, and they were good at teaching . The Thai tutor Sipan is in the same position as the Japanese who doesn't use English as their native language. I heard from other students that he got the highest score in Siam at International Standard English Test.But he isn't only high score.But also good in teaching. As a conclusion,I will appoint Saipan as a touter who will be in charge of discussion on English learning from next time. I made a contract to learn for 32month.The goal is the level of Saipan.I also want English skills like him.So I want him to make for my learning English Plans.Than having a 10times discussion with a low-level English touters, and having an excellent Saipan discuss even when he's free.Regards.”

“ตอนนี้เราเรียนที่บางนา สถานที่โอเค ถึงจะเล็กกว่าที่อื่น แต่ก็พอเพียง ในแง่คนสอน เราว่ามีคุณภาพได้ความรู้นะครับ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คอยช่วยเหลือก็ดีครับ แต่กับ sales ec เราว่าไม่คุ้มกับเงินที่จ่ายไป พอได้เงินแล้ว ก็ไม่ได้ดูแลอะไรเลย ทักมาอีกทีก็ตอนจะหมดสัญญา คือจริงๆแล้วควรมี service mind มากกว่านี้นะครับ”

“ปัญหาคือ ทาง นี้ล๊อคไม่เปิดให้คนเรียนเรียนบทต่อไป ชึ่งทำให้ไม่อยากมาเรียน..หรือแนะนำคนมาเรียน สรุป ควรเปิดล๊อคให้ผู้เรียนเรียนเพราะได้จ่ายเงินเป็นแสนในรายปี และ บรรยากาศไม่ค่อยชวนให้ผุ้สูงอายุเช่นผมมาเรียนเพราะพนักงานจับรวมกับเด็ก ชึ่งตอนสมัครคุยกับคุณเจนแล้วว่า ผมต้องการเรียนเรื่อยๆของผมไม่ชอบกิจกรรมเพราะเราแก่ละ ที่นี้ควรกับเด็กๆ15-30 ปีครับ”

“ระบบการเรียนดีมาก ทันสมัย และ เหมาะกับคนที่ไม่มีเวลา สามารถเรียน ที่บ้านได้ แต่การเข้าเรียนแต่ละครั้งที่เป็น Class เสิรม เช่น Complementary หรือ Social เป็นต้น เราพบปัญหาหลายครั้งมากที่ Teacher ไม่ Check in ให้ ทำให้ใน Progress เป็น Did not attend ซึ่งมีผลการการคำนวณเวลาเรียน ที่ต้องใช้ในการทำเบิกบริษัท”
