“There is no problem with teachers and coaches in the Center. However, the online lesson design should be more engaging and lively instead of just following the standard approach of grouping, exchanging, and having the teacher listen briefly in each group. Also, the mobile app needs improvement; it has many bugs. Sometimes, the audio is not audible on the mobile app, and the recording function sometimes glitches, not capturing audio even though it was working fine before. Any unnecessary animation should be removed to create a more direct and fast experience while still saving battery. We paid for all of this, so if any of these things are not good, the price is not really worth it.”

I studied here for 3 months and i have some feedback: In my opinion ,everyone has their own goal to learn English, the friends i know on Wall Street want to learn faster, 10 days with 1 encounter is the best.Last month, 15 days i had 1 encounter that so late. Beside, i want to learn ML part, i can review as WB part, i want practice every day. Finally, i think the coachs should have alot of classes to teach about grammar for student, because the beginners to study English can't understand what the foreign teachers said. “Mình không thích bị giới hạn chỉ được học 16 lớp cc, sc trong 1 level và chỉ được học 4 lớp cho 1 unit. Ví dụ: lúc unit 1 mình rảnh, nhưng lúc học unit 2, 3 mình bận. Mình sẽ không tham gia được lớp thì unit 4 học dồn lớp Và ngược lại. Mình muốn đăng ký thêm lớp trong khoảng thời gian mình rảnh nhưng coach không cho. những thời gian mình bận không học được thì phải cancel lớp. Bản thân mình là người đi làm. Có những tuần rất bận. Không sếp được lịch học. Có tuần thì rảnh nhưng không được đi học. Thật vô lý”
