Shipping was very good. FedEx freight was very good at updating us and giving us an accurate window when it was going to arrive.
Unboxing and assembly was very easy. Instructions are very good and parts are organized and labeled very well. You know which package to use for which stage of assembly.
Assembly is also very minimal. Installing the base, side tables and handle pulls was about it. Took less than 20 minutes once we got the Murphy cabinet moved from the garage to the bedroom. Hand cart/dolly makes this an easy job.
Jury is still out of the mattress. I haven’t slept on it but appears a little firm. Might be a good thing though. Love having guests for not for too long.”

It's now after Christmas and several visitors have used our wall bed. They all report that it (a queen size) is very comfortable and pleasant. The bed is in my study and I am very pleased with its compactness and the excellent quality of the cabinetry (matching bookshelves).
