“Product was shipped as scheduled. We had the white glove service. The delivery service took care and there was no damage to either the bed or the apartment. There were no missing parts. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. We had two apt complex maintenance staff assemble the bed. It took them less than 2 hours. If you have some skills/experience in assembling stuff and have a good helper, I didn't have a helper, you could do the assembly. We are very satisfied with the appearance and functionality of the bed. We purchased the Queen sized Remington Murphy Desk Bed. Also, during the process, there was communication between us and Wilding and we found all of their staff to be knowledgeable and responsive.”
