“Suggestion: give a small bottle of paint to fix some scratches. Also, add pads when folding to the floor, small pads will prevent scratches on hardwood floor.”
“We have two separate twin mattresses on our king size bed. A big problem with it is that whenever one of us moves or rolls over, the other person feels the movement. We think it would be improved by having a solid (not springy) base, but are reluctant to add to the weight of the bed, which we open and close every day.”
“We bought this to install in an RV. Assembly and installation was fairly straightforward. We found the wooden mattress supports were too soft so we replaced them with a sheet of plywood with some 1x3 backing. So far, very pleased”

“Delivery was in the time expected. The Queen model I ordered had a very bad manual included. Online site had an excellent, updated manual. I had one quality issue that required a tool to fix. Customer service is responsive. Unit is sturdy and works as described. Adjusting the spring tension is a bit of a problem - takes some tool skill & strength to set the springs.”
“Overall this Wallbed is solid, well-designed, and easy to use. I'm really happy with how it turned out. My only complaint is the unfinished kit requires you to iron on the edge veneer which is a huge PITA. Otherwise, my hesitation buying online without seeing one in person and not knowing the actual quality of plywood etc. were non-issues. Wood was good quality, perfectly cut to length, instructions were clear, and all the hardware was complete (even a few extras). I'm very happy!”
