“Brilliant company. Despite the paper being out of print when we ordered it Wallpaper online kept us up to date and were really communicative, helpful and friendly. Immediately it was in we were contacted and the paper arrived the same day. Will use them again”

“Horrific service.Not dispatched after 1 week.Promised it would be here by 28th January.Many emails with no real sense from them.In the end they became defensive without investigating the matter in hand,saying I was relentless in trying to get some answers.I am the customer and expect respectful service.Terrible customer service,never experienced this before.I have filed a PayPal dispute.”

Our delivery times are stated on the website, and some suppliers are slightly slower than usual for obvious reasons, of which we also outline on our delivery page. “The wallpaper is gorgeous. It arrived quickly and well packaged. We ordered more than was needed and returning it was easy, although I did have to pay postage. The refund was very quick coming through and it was a pleasure to have been a customer.”

“I didn't think I'd ever buy wallpaper without seeing it in the flesh, but needs must. Wallpaper arrived earlier than advised, and looks good on the walls. Would definitely buy again, although I must say I think the web site could be easier to navigate.”

“Fantastic service! We’d ordered too many rolls of wall paper and had to return four rolls, no problem! They collected the four rolls quickly and efficiently! Credited the money back to the credit card within a couple of days! I would definitely recommend!!”
