“Delivery, a week ahead of the time advised, so very good. I ordered 12 rolls of paper, 11 of which had a sheet inside and all were batch No. 06, the last one, however, did not have a sheet inside so don't know if the batch is the same or not.”

Hi Claire, We have emailed you back about this to say we are awaiting a response from the supplier, I'm not sure if you received that or not? We will be in touch tomorrow but either way we will get these replaced for you, I'm just waiting on timescales :) Katie

I can see you have ordered the Almond Blossom paper which is 10-15 working days delivery, it does state this on the product page and we are still within that time frame. I will chase the supplier for some tracking (the paper comes from France), and will email this to you directly when it comes through. Katie

“I had some issues with 5 week delay in my order. Once the problem was clarified, staff tried their best to sort it out. I eventually received my order and was given discount and complimentary paste as acknowledgement. I would order again from wallpaper online.”

Hi there Joanne, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that we are not running a phone service at the minute, we are a small family business and are finding that the most efficient way of getting back to people quickly, is via email. I can see we have only just had an email from you today. I have been in touch with the supplier and I am awaiting a response. This is a custom paper so it can take a tiny bit longer.
