Hi there Jean, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see you purchased an Arthouse paper, and unfortunately due to the sale of their company, all orders have been delayed, however everyone affected was emailed in January to give the option to either cancel, or wait for their order. “Ordered 20 days ago and it still hasn't arrived yet. Customer services have always responded to my enquiries within 1 working day, which is good. But I'd rather have my wallpaper. They have been unable to provide tracking details as it seems they are just a broker for another supplier. I did need to change my order as I ordered the wrong colour. It remains to be seen as to whether this was corrected for me. As they confirmed the change, they said my order would be with me in 3-5 days. That was 17 days ago.”

“I was really looking forward to using this. As a complete novice to wall papering I took this as an option as it was less messy. The pattern is great and the wallpaper is very thick. I watched the video and set to it. Unfortunately, the paper just doesn’t stick. Everyday I go into my room and there’s always an air bubble somewhere or the corner has fallen down. I’ve resulted in gluing the corner now which isn’t what it’s advertised to do.”
