“Order arrived boxes torn open and roll missing - I think this is more the fault of the courier than Wallpaper UK, but perhaps a bit more care packing and ensuring boxes are well sealed would help. Customer Services have been excellent at helping to resolve problem, but it has held the order up unnecessarily.”

“Ordering was very easy as was browsing the site and delivery of my order was on time.. However, one roll of the order was faulty - about a metre in there was a very visible watermark and, along the wallpaper at each side, there were faults in the pattern. I have had to use it as there was not enough spare to not do so - but am disappointed that my room is not as perfect as I had dreamt of. I can see the faults - but am hoping visitors won't.”

“I was quite worried about ordering wallpaper on line, not being able to see it first, but I have to admit that I am more than delighted with my order of Wave (white) by Arthouse. The quality is excellent as was the service from Wallpaper Online Ltd. The rolls arrived a lot faster than expected and were well packed, etc. Thank you Wallpaper Online”

“Exactly the paper we were after and delivered more quickly than expected, so that's great. Would have given 5 stars if package hadn't arrived with box open and wallpaper exposed to the world.”

“First samples never arrived. But the after sales team sorted it immediately and refunded my purchase price. Ordered some rolls for my gym. Love this wallpaper. Great price, so good to hang and a quality product. Very impressed.”
