Hi there Wendy, I am so sorry that your paper hasn't arrived yet. This one is coming directly from the supplier, but we would certainly have expected that to be with you by now. I have chased this with the supplier this evening, and we will drop you an email as soon as we hear back. In the meantime, I have refunded your order in full. Katie

“A bit more correspondence wouldn't go a miss. Sent an email (twice!) as ordered the wrong colour way by mistake to see if possible to change, and while the right colour way did turn up, there was no confirmation received that it'd been changed. No one answers the phone or chat either.... really useful!”

“The pinkish paper we ordered is just what we wanted and is the colour shown on the net, however, the pale green is much darker than it looked on the page and is not what we wanted. We do have a problem in that we have no return slips or return instructions to send it back and get a refund. Another problem was that it was delivered to the wrong address. It went to a house in East st. The lady put a post on the local group asking if anyone knew us. Had it not been for that we would still be waiting for it.”

“Order arrived boxes torn open and roll missing - I think this is more the fault of the courier than Wallpaper UK, but perhaps a bit more care packing and ensuring boxes are well sealed would help. Customer Services have been excellent at helping to resolve problem, but it has held the order up unnecessarily.”

“Ordering was very easy as was browsing the site and delivery of my order was on time.. However, one roll of the order was faulty - about a metre in there was a very visible watermark and, along the wallpaper at each side, there were faults in the pattern. I have had to use it as there was not enough spare to not do so - but am disappointed that my room is not as perfect as I had dreamt of. I can see the faults - but am hoping visitors won't.”

“I’ve not had chance to hang the wallpaper yet and you keep asking me for a review. All I can say at the moment is the wallpaper arrived on time. Please ask me again when I’ve hung the product.”

“The wallpapers are beautiful, but the seem extortionately expensive. I would like to buy wallpaper for my bedroom but it would cost several hundred pounds!!”
