“Ordered extra rolls but unfortunately it was a discontinued line - rather tricky when 1/2 way through a job. Though the discontinued design was still up on the site the company was quick to let me know and refund the money.”

“I ordered some wallpaper but received the wrong colour due the wrong colourway numbers been the colour chart online, This was sorted out pretty fast after i sent 5 emails and the correct paper was sent when i pointed out what the correct colourway number should have been. I also had the first lot of wallpaper picked up quite fast. I am very happy with the service.”

Hi Nicola, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your paper has not arrived. I have chased this up with the supplier and it looks as though this paper has recently been discontinued, we have only just been made aware when querying this, I am so sorry. We have refunded you in full for the paper but please do get in touch with us via email if you would like another paper at all and we will be happy to offer a goodwill discount - I have emailed you the contact details privately. “Ordered 1 roll paper 12 days ago was supposed to be delivered sat 18 at latest...messaged last mon/ Tuesday got a reply saying it would be here. Latest last Saturday 25 th June ....Still not arrived!! Paid over £8 for delivery? Poor service! Jean Hernandez.”

“Sorry guys. Placed an order and received an email saying 'We aim to have your order delivered on or before Friday 13th May 2022" at 3 pm on the 13th I am the one contacted Wallpaper to ask 'where is my order?'. It arrived on the 25th of May. Appreciate Cole and Son caused the out-of-stock issue, but someone really should have called me on either afternoon of the 12th or the morning of the 13th to simply say 'your order is delayed, sorry'.”
