“Bunch of thieving dogs , 2 times in a row now they haven't picked up our bin on public holiday (knowing that they wouldn't cause its public holiday ) , but the issue is they sent the invoice for being emptied with a overweight charge aswell gone back through all invoices and they always charge a overweight charge bin was emptied last week , I asked the driver what the weight was , got the invoice the next day and they charged for 150kgs overweight , when the bin was 80kgs under the weight limit”

“The worst company to deal with. We had a waste bin and recycle bin. The waste truck was emptying the waste and recycle bin into his truck and we where then charged for a futile empty recycle bin every time. It wasn't till we recorded what was happening that they stopped charging us but did not credit all the futile charges we rejected. Communication with the worst I've had to deal with. Make sure you are aware of the additional excess charges also befor signing the contract.”
