They sent the item without a full address to delivery service and are now playing dumb. 250 euros and no item or refund while it’s a clear mistake by them or their chosen delivery company - as a customer I really couldn’t care less which as I ordered through wardow and they had only one delivery option.

Wrong address on parcel and delivery company require wardow to call them to sort as it is sitting in limbo at customs
Despite repeated phone calls and email, wardow refuse to do this and all I get is generic replies
I am £213 out of pocket and no luggage and delivery company stated it won't be delivered until wardow call them to correct the address
They refuse to do this.

They do not take into account customs charges and you're left with the bill (£60+ in my case, which I was only informed of when the delivery company sent me a letter).

I don’t know what they do, but I am among a number of people who order from this company, they send it via DHL but the parcel gets lost in Germany. Very poor customer service, they just keep saying to wait as a delivery is still possible… after it’s been missing for 6 weeks, so I seriously doubt it! Have asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER.

Avoid this company. Delivery time took 30 days instead of promised 7 days. Return process is not working at all, instead of providing the return information company just replies with some generic (unrelated) emails.
