“It would have been nice to know that I HAVE to set up an account with Microsoft to use the product I had purchased. So far, that isn't going well. If I had known this was the process I would not have purchased a WiFi thermostat. I am very disappointed in the process. I paid a substantial difference in price for this one and setting it up through a third party is proving problematic. I like to exchange this model for the one without WiFi. Please advise.”

“All my questions were promptly answered and quotes and drawings were delivered quickly. Very happy with the information, choice and service. Project won't be installed until late Feb. thus I cannot report on its operation.”

“The staff at WYF is exceptional. Everyone is very responsive and accommodating and understanding. I had one of the best shopping experiences online in a very long time. Scott was so patient with my many calls and questions and he helped me figure out the best products to use. Kelsey was very understanding when my shipment was delayed and offered to ship overnight. “It was easy to order a replacement for our 11 year old Solo thermostat that finally gave up the ghost. The new Home thermostat arrived in less than a week. It was easy to replace and I definitely feel it’s an upgrade. I like the new easier to read display. Thank you.”

“When my floor stopped heating, and my SunTouch thermostat threw an Error 7 (indicating, ominously, the thermostat would need to be replaced), a web search linked me to a page at WarmYourFloor.com that showed several thermostats that could, supposedly, replace the old one. It was a bit of a leap of faith to order a replacement thermostat from WarmYourFloor.com, but I did it anyway. The new thermostat arrived within the promised delivery window, in good physical condition. I installed it an hour or so ago, and it is indeed WarmingMyFloor! I'd come back to WarmYourFloor.com again, though I'm hoping I don't have to...”

“My only complaint is all I needed was to replace a relay that went out after 10 years. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new thermostat and relay as you have made the new relays incompatible with older thermostats. Shipping was fast and new products work well. I just wish I could have simply bought a relay instead of throwing away a perfectly good thermostat.”
