I needed a thermostat to heat up my floor my old one was busted I looked up warm your floor and ordered one got here in 2 days easy to install everything went great anything like it was 165 wished it was a little cheaper happy face

The person on the phone was very helpful in completing my order. The item was received although the shipping seemed to take longer than I expected. It was easy to install in place of the failed older unit and much easier to set up. I like the display and it was a good repair and upgrade.

replacement for the older model that when out after a power failure... like that it has a clock and the display auto dims to a nightlight.

When I ordered my mat,thermostat,and mat sense pro, on the phone, they should have recommended ordering a second probe. After reading the instructions I ordered a second probe and had to pay $15 for shipping.

The replacement floor control unit worked well. The instructions were a bit vague on the additional connections (compared to the old one) on the back of the control unit. There could have been better explanations of those connections, or at least a link to read up on them and how they could be used.

I love the performance of the floor. It warms as expected, and the thermostat adds a nice touch for warming the floor for the times I plan to use it. However the construction of the mats has a weakness. The mesh used to attach the mats to the floor joists can pull loose from the foil if the coiled wire is left hanging too long before hooking up the wiring. It seems that only the adhesive on the foil backing hold the mesh. I was able to repair the mats with a combination of foil tape and strips of wood to hold the mats up. I do appreciate the help I got from technical support at Watts Water.

Worked for 9 nine years, then had to replace the control unit. replacing the controller was easy with good instructions.
