My contractor seemed to install the floors quite easily. I chose the mid-level thermostat and was happy to see that you could adjust the brightness of the screen. I live in the mountains and it is completely dark there, so I did not want any light at night from the thermostat screen. I have only had to turn the floors on once so far , but they seemed to work well. Thank you!

It install relatively easy. The thinset has not cured for 30 days yet to warm it up. I was turned ont verify it was hooked up correctly.

Order processing was great. All questions were answered. Unfortunately, due to a contractor double order, a return was needed. The process was easily, and the refund was promptly handled. Excellent service on both ends.

This was a replacement/upgrade since the original failed after 11 years of service -- very good. However, I found that the installation instructions were insufficient in describing the steps. I needed to phone your support line 4 times to get the installation complete; and I'm an electrical engineer. The power input terminals were not clearly identified which could cause the power not to be connected to the correct terminals if the user did not understand "load". I suggest that you change the wording to ensure that the incoming power & ground wires are explicitly connected across the "Load" terminals. Secondly, once power is applied, the GCFI red blinking light required a power reset from the breaker box; but there was no definition of the cause of the red blinking light until I called the support line again. Once all that was done, then the time-of-day had to be reset several times, since it was not picked-up from the network connection. The product is great; your instruction manual needs some work...

I knew I always wanted heated floors in my master bath, I just never knew how affordable of an upgrade it was! Not only was it very reasonable ($950 for the heating system, an extra $50 for the electrician that we had to have come out anyway, to put in an extra line for the thermostat, and $50 in extra mortar), butt it was very easy to install! We watched the video online that gave step by step directions and we knew just what to do! Definitely worth the investment to not have cold feet when coming out of the shower/bath on those cold winter mornings!

I was hooking up the thermostat the other day and seen the "power module" terminals. Is a power module something I actually need with only 1 Matt??

Stephen, The power module is only needed if you are trying to control over 15 amps on one system. You're one mat won't require the use of a power module.
