“Although you were not able to fill our request in August for roof heating cables needed for this coming winter here in Northern NY you were very kind to quickly inform me of your Covid delivery issues and being unable to assist us at this time. Also, we found your honesty and quick return of our monies heartening and worthy of our trust to stay in touch for future business.”

“Hi customer service is amazing. My biggest problem is the ordering of the wire which if you make a mistake you have to buy a whole Nother wire. This was a $300 screwup on my part but makes me leery of your product for that reason. Now I’m stuck with the cabling that I cannot use, I was told it’s nonreturnable”

Hi Daryl, The cable can be repaired if you've cut the wire. You can order a repair kit on our website here: https://www.warmyourfloor.com/ditra-heat-heating-cable-repair-kit.html You need one repair kit for each cut in the wire. Please contact us if you have any questions.

“Although we LOVE our warm bathroom floor, the thermostats seem to have a fairly short lifespan. This is our third thermostat in 14 years. But we were pleased with the speed and accuracy with which our replacement orders are handled.”
